  03-19-2010 - ian (paris france Hcp 14)

we went there on the recommendation of a friend, the formula is simple , the people in the bar multi task ! it works ! we paid 25 euro greenfee , we played on a real championship golf , the water attracted some of our golf balls, it was really great , elation and frustration! we were informed that the golf is pesticide free and will become totally organic in 2011 . we loved it .

Being Irish i had heard about the Irish golf course in Paris so we tried it today , there is no better value anywhere in the Paris region we paid 20 euro for a three course meal which was excellent- and the golf was FREE this offer is available until 16th and oh boy what a golf course , i attacked early and it tore me to shreds...back nine different strategy and i scored very well Returning next week to play again.

  09-15-2009 - jamie (Luton England Hcp 5)

It was a surprise to find that everybody spoke english!Majestic golf course, tough but really enjoyable .What is really sad is the etiquette of French golfers it simply does not exist. I highly recommend this golf to anybody with a handicap of eighteen or below ,lowest priced greenfee in the area 25 euro weekdays, enjoy the conviviality of the Irish bar and beware - golf snobs are not welcome !

read the comments and it is everything that the comments say, greenfee only 25 euro for super championship course, played from the pro tee - it is simply an awesome golf course . i wish we had one like it in denmark.seemingly the french are scared to play it and the probable reality being that it exposes some home thruths ! idid not play to my index - i most certainly will be back.

Reading some of the other previous comments, I wonderded if all these positive remarks could be true. So I had to check for myself. The 'acceuil' was quite simple, there is not a pro-shop, and the girl at the bar that also deals with the greenfees didn't understand all of my (mediocre) French. I read that this course was once devilish difficult, and that some change were done to ease it up a bit. Indeed, on at least 5 or 6 holes there was a bunker on a though spot removed. The course as it is right now stills plays difficult, but fair. There's a lot of water (one could argue too much), and some fairways are narrow. An excellent test of golf for a price that can not be beaten by others. After my round I enjoyed on of the dishes in the clubhouse, once again excellent value for money.

a magnificent test of golfing skills set in a perfect location for a golf course. the summer weekend greenfee is only 39 euro and 25 euro weekdays ,simply the best value in the paris region .

06-01-2009 - bob jennings (cardiff wales Hcp 9)

simply one of the best golf courses in france , slope of 145 and not even from the back tee! many golf courses in france are glorified pitch and putt courses - golf clementader is certainly not !! thoroughly enjoyable , very flat ,no blind shots, very short walk between tees and the lowest greenfees in the paris area:: a must play if u consider yourself a golfer

  12-17-2008 - jack (paris Hcp 8.4)

what a golf course! i was a little worried about the reputation as regards difficulty , lucky enough to meet the owner before i played and heeded his advice, KEEP THE BALL IN PLAY - used driver on only 6 holes and shot 79 FROM WHITE TEES first time on course. clementader golf was designed as the toughest course in EUROPE in 1989 , its difficulty has been reduced , it surely is the best course i have played east of paris ,and i have played them all! 4 FOR PRICE OF 2 will be available during 2009 AND MEMBERSHIP COST IS BY FAR THE LOWEST IN THE PARIS REGION 999 EURO FULLTIME.

06-21-2008 - andrew fagan (manchester england Hcp 6)

exceptional course . built i think only for good golfers and those with patience . very technical compared to most courses but taking everything into account it is a much better test than any other golf we have played in france.the layout splendid location in the forest and closeness to eurodisney 15k and paris 30k makes it a must play for visitors from the great britain or ireland. green fees are very reasonable for such a quality course . the staff are friendly and helpful and larry in the 19th serves a great pint. .ps book in advance for the best deals , we played two and only paid for one

  06-11-2008 - james marks (london Hcp 15)

a very enjoyable course , lots of trees and water but technically very demanding, i played to my handicap so felt very pleased, seemingly not many do.! course in super condition , busy but not slow, pity about people not replacing divots and not fixing pitch marks ,we booked in advance and got three greenfees for price of two, try it

06-06-2008 - Denis Murphy (co cork ireland Hcp 9)

not very well advertised, we discovered this gem by pure chance, the course is in top condition and is definately the best golf course by far in the paris region , it compares well with any top inland course in ireland ,special offers on green fees every day- we played four for price of two, a must play if u want to experience every shot requirement in golf, and bring your nerves fully tuned! ps green fees are lcheaper in paris than in ireland
